Our company & Support Team is based in California, United States. We source and distribute the products from overseas, and perform a quality inspection test on all orders before shipping out! UPDATE MAY 1, 2020: Due to the weight of the product, order volume and recent world events, shipping times have been longer than normal. How Long Will it Take For My Order to Arrive? 

UPDATE MAY 1 2020: As mentioned on our Shipping & Delivery page, please allow up to 21-35 days from the day you placed your order for delivery. Due to recent world events, the volume of orders we ship, and the weight of the products we had to switch distribution & shipping methods from the Air to Sea. We are extremely eager to bring back our normal & faster shipping methods back as soon as the global supply chains we rely on rebound! 

Tracking numbers sent out may take several days to start updating, as tracking numbers are updated to your order once the label is created, not when it leaves our distribution center. We are 110% Committed to getting your order delivered, and we guarantee it’s arrival! We understand how frustrating slow shipping times are, but we want you to know that we are working tirelessly to find newer, faster shipping methods during this challenging time for the world. Doing so without raising the price of our top products is our main priority, and we remain confident we will be able to drive our shipping times down in the near future at no extra cost. If you want additional support with an order, please reach out to zeelscape@gmail.com and provide your 4 digit order confirmation email. 

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has been Placed? 

If you notice you had an address error in your order confirmation email, please email us ASAP with your name and 4 digit order number (EX: #1234) So we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. Please do this as soon as possible, as once your order leaves our warehouse we will no longer have the ability to change it. 

 How Quickly Will You Respond to My Email? 

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our support staff. For high priority emails regarding the status of a current order, reach out to info@zeelscape.com Thank you! Unlike many brands, we are proud to say our support staff is and always will be 100% human and employed in the USA!

 I Recently Called Your Support Phone Number and Nobody Answered. Why?

 Who & What Qualifies for a Refund? What Doesn’t?

Order cancellations will be granted when a customer requests a cancellation within 36 hours of placing an order. If you receive a damaged item, we will refund 100% of the purchase price or re-ship your order at no extra cost to you. What does not qualify for a refund? You will not be able to request a cancelation on orders that have already been shipped out due to slow shipping times. Returns on delivered orders are not granted after it has been 14 days from the delivery of your order. If your product has been opened/used, we cannot accept a return under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind before, during, and after you place an order with us.  How Long will an Approved Order Cancellation or Refund Take to Process & Show up in My Account?

If you have requested a refund or an order cancelation please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time of refund/cancellation approval to receive the funds in your account. Please keep in mind that every individual bank may take different or longer times to post the return to your account.

 IMPORTANT NOTE ON REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS: If a customer; A. Disputes an order with their bank/credit card provider or B. Creates a PayPal claim simply to cancel an order or get a return, The Processing time to receive their funds can take 1-3 Months or more, as they go through an approval process before getting sent to us. After we receive them, We then have to send out a report back to the customer's bank, credit card company, or PayPal proving we delivered the order and provided tracking information. After that, the financial instruction makes the final decision on a refund. To get the fastest response and a desired return, refund or cancelation processed successfully, ALWAYS contact info@zeelscape.com directly and provide your name and 4 digit order number (EX: #1234) or your order confirmation email. Keep in mind that if a dispute is opened, we can no longer process that return through email after that point. Thank you for your understanding.  

 I Received a Damaged Item, What Should I do? 

If you receive an order that was damaged in shipment, please send an email to info@zeelscape.com with your 4 digit order number (EX: #1234) and provide a photograph of your damaged item. After verifying, our staff will prompt you with an option to receive a full refund or a re-shipment of your order free of charge!
