How Long Will it Take For My Order to Arrive? 

***UPDATED AUGUST 24TH 2020: As mentioned on our Shipping & Delivery page, please allow up to 21-35 days from the day you placed your order for delivery. Due to recent world events, the volume of orders we ship, and the weight of the packages we had to switch distribution & shipping methods from the Air to Sea. We are extremely eager to bring back our normal & faster shipping methods back as soon as the global supply chains we rely on rebound! 

Tracking numbers sent out may take several days to start updating, as tracking numbers are updated to your order once the label is created, not when it leaves our distribution center. We are 110% Committed to getting your order delivered, and we guarantee it’s arrival! We understand how frustrating slow shipping times can be, but we want you to know that we are working tirelessly to find newer, faster shipping methods during this challenging time for the world. How long is the Current Order Processing Period?

Order processing times are typically between 2 to 5 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24-72 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 5 business days following the day you placed your order. If at any point you want an update on a current order, please contact info@zeelscape.com and forward your order confirmation email or simply provide your your 4 digit order number (EX: #1234)

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has been Placed? 

If you notice you had an address error in your order confirmation email, please email us ASAP with your name and 4 digit order number (EX: #1234) So we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. Please do this as soon as possible, as once your order leaves our warehouse we will no longer have the ability to change it.

Where is My Order Being Shipped From?

Our company & Support Team is based in California, United States and we source & ship overseas, from our distributor located in China or our distributor located in Europe. We perform a strict quality inspection test on all orders before shipping out! UPDATE MAY 1, 2020: Due to the weight of the product, order volume and recent world events, shipping times have been longer than normal worldwide. We are in the process of bringing delivery times down, and negotiating contracts to hopefully soon ship from the United States!

Will My Order Come in 1 Package?

If you ordered 1-2 products your order will arrive in 1 package. For orders of 3 products or more, your order may arrive in 2 or more separate packages. The separated packages are shipped together at the same time, but one may arrive earlier than the other. Please keep this in mind if your order of 3 or more was delivered impartially. Just know that the remaining packages are right behind it, and should only be separated by a few days at the maximum. I Received a Damaged Item, What Should I do? 

If you receive an order that was damaged in shipment, please send an email to info@zeelscape.com with your 4 digit order number (EX: #1234) and provide a photograph of your damaged item. After verifying, our staff will prompt you with an option to receive a full refund or a re-shipment of your order free of charge!

Do You Ship Internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide! We pride ourselves on being able to ship anywhere in the world for the same shipping price, no matter where you are!
